Nextil Group innovates with BioNext

The Spanish group presents a new process of natural textile dyeing, with numerous personal and environmental benefits.
The BioNext concept is based on completely innocuous selec- ted organic dyes: 100% biodegradable, these dyes generate no toxic residues, for a dyeing process with low environmental im- pact, made even more so through cold dyeing, which reduces energy consumption and also allows for the water used in each phase of the process to be reused. BioNext is currently imple- mented for QTT brand apparel fabrics, which are guaranteed top color fastness to washing (5) and sunlight (6-7). New tailor- made developments are currently underway for Dogi.
