Lingerie Han (South Korea)

After 10 years of experience working in lingerie, designer, writer, teacher, and all-round hotshot Han Sun Mi launched her own brand and opened a one-of-a-kind lingerie store in Seoul, South Korea. Established her own institute in 2011 and began teaching about lingerie before launching her own brand “Lingerie Han”. The designer has also written a book about lingerie in which she lays out basic, practical skills for making bras and panties.
In 2013 she took the next step and opened her first boutique specialized in custom lingerie for special occasions. In 2015 the store was relocated in the new strategic Haebangchon area of Seoul, which attracts not only locals but also many tourists. The boutique offers more than 100 different kinds of original hand-made garments and accessories: lace bras, panties, delicate camisoles, chemises and culottes, Victorian waist cinchers, garter belts, bustiers and corsets. Lingerie Han is the first bespoke lingerie boutique in Korea. A cup of tea or coffee before the consultation, a professional team of customer advisors always ready to listen to the clients and understand their specific needs. Whilst there are many lingerie stores in which to shop, Lingerie Han is the only lingerie ‘boutique’ in Korea. The boutique also offers the personalized experience of creating patterns based on the individual measures and personal taste of each customer.
❤ We love the classic and romantic mood. Built with a light grey wood interior, the store has many delicate antique decorations, as well as white and warm vintage furniture. The atmosphere transports you back in time to the belle époque.
